Feel Calm, Clear, and In Control Again
Root-Cause Wellness That Works
My Approach
Life can feel overwhelming at times. It gets even heavier when you are trying to hold everything together in your relationships, whether you are navigating conflict, separation, co parenting, or simply feeling disconnected. I support adults, children, and families who feel stretched thin and want a place to slow down, understand what is happening, and move forward with more clarity and steadiness.
My background as a school psychologist and counselor allows me to understand the full picture of child development, learning needs, behavior, family systems, and the emotional patterns that shape our relationships. I have spent years helping children with special needs, supporting parents during difficult seasons, and guiding families through transitions. I also understand the pressure of trying to care for your children while managing your own emotional world.
I provide virtual therapy for adults so you can receive support from a space that feels comfortable and familiar.
I work with children in person and can come to your home. Meeting kids in their own environment often helps them feel safe, open, and ready to engage.
In our work together, we explore the whole person and the whole family system. We look at your stress, your patterns, your relationships, your child’s emotional world, and the experiences that brought you here. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence based practices. I help you make sense of what feels confusing or overwhelming, and we build practical, compassionate strategies that fit into your real life.
Areas of focus include:
• Anxiety and stress
• Relationship strain, communication issues, and life transitions
• Co parenting support
• Emotional regulation for kids and teens
• Parenting support and family dynamics
• Executive functioning and behavior challenges
• Grief, loss, and big emotional shifts
• Strengthening confidence, resilience, and self trust
Whether you are a parent seeking clarity, a child needing extra support, or a family working to rebuild connection, I will meet you with warmth, curiosity, and a deep respect for your lived experience. My goal is to help you and your family feel more grounded, connected, and hopeful.

I'm so glad you're here.
Hi, I am Nicole
I am a school psychologist, integrative health coach, yoga instructor, and a clinical counselor intern working toward licensure as a mental health counselor. I support adults, teens, children, and families who feel overwhelmed, anxious, stuck in patterns, or worn down by stress and relationship strain.
My approach is integrative and whole person. I draw from evidence based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, mindfulness, and gentle parts based work, along with my background in education and holistic wellness. Together, we explore your nervous system, thought patterns, emotions, habits, and core beliefs so you can feel more grounded, clear, and connected in your life and relationships.
I work with adults virtually so you can receive support from a familiar and comfortable space. I work with children in person and can come to your home, which often helps kids feel safer, more relaxed, and ready to engage.
As a mom, educator, and lifelong student of wellness, I understand what it is like to carry a lot while trying to keep everything together. My own journey has taught me that healing begins with awareness and grows through small, meaningful shifts that fit real life.
If you are ready to feel better, relate to yourself with more kindness, and create healthier patterns for you and your family, I would be honored to walk alongside you. 🩵
